Delete your account

For Poo Patrol customer and worker accounts (web and mobile apps).

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in credentials and profile (name, email, phone)
  • Saved addresses and service preferences
  • Stored payment methods (card details on file)
  • In-app messages and notifications
  • For workers: location/check-in history tied to your account

What we keep

We retain a minimal record of completed services, invoices, and payment transactions for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes (typically 7 years). This data is anonymized where possible and is not used for marketing.

How long it takes

We process requests within 14 days. You'll get an email confirmation once your account is removed.
